شرح موقعیت شغلی

A startup in AI and software invites expert-level UI/UX designers to apply for a full-time remote UI/UX Designer position. As a UI/UX Designer, you will create differentiated and engaging user experiences based on requirements, including storyboards, process flows, sitemap, UI designs, and graphical user interfaces for a website and chatbot experience. 
 
 

Responsibilities:

-        Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

-        Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, mockups, prototypes, process flows, and sitemaps

-        Design graphic user interface elements including chatbot interactions.

-        Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the site/chatbot and user experience function and look like

-        Create world-class user interaction and UI experiences with original graphic designs 

-        Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

-        Can work with existing website designs, build on them, and improve them where needed

-        Identify and troubleshoot UX/UI problems (e.g. responsiveness)

- Conducted layout, UX, and UI adjustments based on stakeholders' and users' feedback.

-        Establish and adhere to design standards on style, fonts, colors, and images.

 

Requirements and Skills

-        Proven work experience as a senior UI/UX Designer with experience in designing intelligent chatbot experiences.

-        Portfolio of design projects specifically on B2B websites

-        Experience in designing websites, dashboards, and chatbots

-        Expert-level knowledge and experience with wireframe and UI design tools (Figma, Zeplin, Adobe design tools, Canva, etc.)

-        Familiar and experience working with website content management tools (e.g., Strapi)

-        Familiarity and experience with HTML, CSS, and advanced design systems for websites developed in Angular, React, Material, Bootstrap, or other major design libraries

-        Team player; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

-        Good time-management skills

-        BSc in Design, Computer Science or a relevant field


  Location:

This is a full-time remote position. Our office in Tehran is in Seyed Khandan and occasional work meetings may be held from there.
