Digital Freight Forwarder Sales Manager


Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in freight forwarding and a passion for digital logistics solutions? We’re looking for a Digital Freight Forwarder Sales Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and lead our digital freight solutions to the next level.

About the Role


As our Digital Freight Forwarder Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, promoting innovative digital freight solutions, and developing strategic partnerships across global supply chains. You’ll work closely with operations, pricing, and customer success teams to deliver seamless, tech-enabled logistics service

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and acquire new clients in import/export, e-commerce, and B2B sectors
  • Promote digital freight forwarding solutions (online booking platforms, real-time tracking, automated documentation, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
  • Strong understanding of air, ocean, and land freight operations
  • Experience with digital freight platforms or logistics technology solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
