We’re seeking Retail Inventory Supervisor to lead the Supplier Management team. You will help us to supply our customer demands efficiently and timely manner.
Responsibility:
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Content Management, and the Commercial teams to execute the overall Inventory Management process
- Work with business stakeholders to build and apply category specific and buying channel strategies
- Consistently evaluate Inventory Management processes for efficiency and functionality
- Define supplier performance expectations and manage accountability, including improvement requirements, corrective actions, and identification of risks that may influence supplier performance
- Identify and apply initial savings levers for demand, process, and total cost management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or other relevant degrees
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, contract management, procurement, inventory management, supplier relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success
- Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management professional certification preferred
