We are looking for a UX Writer on the Design team, working on naming features, defining the product voice, and generally figuring out how words can make our users' experience better. UX Writer will advocate for Iranrenter’s design and help shape product experiences by crafting copy that helps users complete the task at hand. This position sets the tone for content and drives cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touchpoints. This position will work with a variety of UX design-related jobs including researchers, product managers, engineers, marketing, and customer operations to help establish connective language and a unified voice.

Responsibility:
• Shape the user experience using Iranrenter’s voice and tone
• Develop content strategy, including taxonomy, nomenclature, standards
• Design inclusive content for desktop and mobile, including microcopy, interaction flows, error messages, notifications, and in-product messaging
• Conduct content audits and analyze customer data to evaluate content effectiveness
• Contribute to content guidelines, develop content patterns, and evolve our voice and tone guidelines
• Clearly document and share process, workflow, feedback history, and decisions
• Manage multiple projects throughout the creative development process
• Present and rationalize your work at product and design reviews
• Complete high-quality work in a timely fashion within a fast-paced, dynamic context

Requirements:
• BA in Journalism, English, Communications, or related discipline
• Experience with writing for both consumer and enterprise
• Resilient, motivated, and passionate about UX and Content Strategy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Able to effectively communicate the content experience to executives and stakeholders
