•Main Objective:
We're looking for a talent Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! If that's you - we want to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly-growing company that prides itself on promoting from within.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing content marketing and demand generation campaigns across digital channels including social media, websites, and email marketing
-Manage display, paid social, content syndication, review site and website channels
-Own website analytics function
-Use digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, and conversion rates) to optimize online marketing spend
-Coordinate with the entire Marketing team on broader campaign initiatives
-Help determine appropriate marketing assets including product collateral, email offers, and other tools as needed such as info-graphics, whitepapers, videos, social media content

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree required / Advanced degree is a plus.
-Between 3 - 5 years working in a Startup environment
-Over 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and online advertising
-Extensive experience creating and publishing content marketing across digital channels
-Experience launching, managing, analyzing, and optimizing online advertising and PPC campaigns
-Enthusiasm for the latest digital marketing technologies, trends, best practices, and content
-Ability to present new ideas and strategies and report on results
-Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem
-Expertise in Google Ads
-Experience with marketing analytics and attribution
-Data-driven thinker
-Comfortable working with business, marketing and IT stakeholders
-Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing topics across various verticals
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Professional attitude and service orientation
-Good team player
-Ideal Age Range: 22 - 32
