شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting Iranrenter's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis and decision support for the Iranrenter. This position develops and maintains successful relationships within Finance, Growth team and with key business partners is critical to success.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the Technology department's performance against strategic key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and understand key drivers of performance.
Analyze financial and operational results and relevant trends to identify, understand and proactively address risks to achieving Technology's financial objectives with Finance & Corporate Strategy and business leaders.
Create, interpret and deliver management reporting in the form of presentations, performance dashboards, and other visual tools for business leaders, including senior executives.
Identify and analyze cost drivers for the Growth team to optimize resource allocation and business efficiency and to inform investment decisions.
Structure, perform, and interpret scenario analysis on key business drivers as part of the Growth team's monthly and annual forecast process
Conduct cost/benefit and return on investment analyses for capital and other projects to ensure investment decisions are value accretive
Identify areas of potential cost savings and efficiencies to incorporate into the firm's financial plan and forecast.

Requirements:

3-5+ years of Finance experience with a concentration in financial planning, management reporting, quantitative analysis, scenario planning, and decision modeling.
Knowledge of and experience building total cost of ownership models
Prior experience in investment management or financial services is a plus.
Previous experience supporting financial planning and analysis for a technology group would be an asset
Degree of CFA (level I, II or III) is a plus.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word.
