Responsibilities:

Work directly with product team to size potential impact of "problems-to-solve" for our business
Conduct research on various business processes to uncover bottlenecks and provide recommendations to improve and align with the business goal
Analyze various business-related effects, e.g. product optimization and improvement, market activity analysis, operation analysis, etc
Collaborate with the operation team, analyze business operation efficiency, identify business problems, and provide optimization suggestions to improve operating efficiency

Requirements:

2+ years of work experience in the field of business analysis
Strong in business analysis, and product analysis
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel
Experience in Conversion rate optimization and User research and Market research
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail
