We are looking for a passionate person to join us as a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist at Lendo. The core mission of the Financial Planning and analysis specialist is to help the organization make the right decisions, take care of the financial sides of each decision, and build strong relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new projects and investment opportunities by comparing them with each other
- Analyze, justify, and interprets data to create suggestions for improvement.
- Recommends financing structures and considers the company’s cost of capital.
- Implement Scenario analysis and stress testing by changing key financial and non-financial parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop analytical frameworks for understanding and improving business and financial performance.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in related fields.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
- High Attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Great skill in working with big data and data classification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software.
- Ability to think critically and creatively.
- Good knowledge of English especially reading and writing
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
