شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Product Designer, you’ll own the design of broad product areas while contributing to the design systems and standards that guide all products. You will provide the vision for holistic user experiences as well as detailed interactions as you collaborate with a team of product managers and developers. With your multidisciplinary design background, ability to analyze and solve complex design problems, and excellent communication skills, you will provide the creative insight to deliver products that people enjoy.

Responsibilities:

  • Research 
    • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research. Own the research process from screening participants and defining test plans to analyzing data and synthesizing results. 
    • Creatively target and recruit participants based on personas. 
    • Select the appropriate methodologies given timelines and constraints. Generate new methodologies that align with the uniqueness of our products, capabilities, or business goals. 
    • Effectively communicate methodologies and be able to take a variety of inputs including analytics, survey results, user behavior, and other data to craft actionable and unbiased recommendations. 
  • Collaboration 
    • Work with the design team to support all products. 
    • Partner closely with product managers and be able to quickly learn about specialized domain information and business requirements. 
    • Negotiate with engineering to understand technical constraints and the development costs associated with design decisions. 
    • Partner closely with UX designers, UX writers, and other key business stakeholders to set the vision and direction for our Marketing portfolio. 
  • Strategy 
    • Prioritize and understand how to fulfill business goals, while championing the needs of end-users and promoting high quality design. 
    • Contribute to product strategy. Envision an entire experience and be able to break it down into features that can be implemented incrementally. 
    • Leverage the UI patterns and usability standards of the design system to simplify both design and development. 
  • Architecture 
    • Establish clear, well-structured navigation to simplify user flows. 
    • Analyze all possible use cases, errors, and interactive states and architect solutions that address edge cases, without overcomplicating typical cases. 
  • Design 
    • Own the details of design, including interactions, visuals, and iconography while maintaining focus on the big picture. 
    • Create artifacts to capture your design ideas including hifi mockups, wireframes, user flow maps, and supporting documentation as needed. 
    • Present multiple design options to explore possibilities with cross-functional teams. 
    • Ensure interface design follows accessibility standards and guidelines 
    • Contribute to defining design patterns and usability standards to grow our design system. 
Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience designing products at a consumer-facing product company 
  • Have a deep understanding of design processes and methods developed through experience and you balance fidelity with agility based on the task at hand.
  • Interested in exploring and experimenting without attachment.
  • Your portfolio shows your range of skills: UX, research, storytelling, persona creation and design process.
Nice To Have:

  • You’ve worked closely with software engineers and know how to successfully collaborate using tools like Jira.
  • Being technically fluent.
  • Experience designing financial and/or social apps.
  • Experience with or an understanding of financial systems.
