شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user-centered designs.

Responsibilities:

Drive the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Optimize designs for accessibility and responsiveness.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Specifically, design for and improve our customer facing websites, and internal tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and process.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Experience with WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify is a significant plus.
Upper-Intermediate English is a must-have.
