Main Responsibilities:
Pre-assess tenders and prepare checklists for the documents needed
Collect information needed for technical and financial proposals
Improve the company bid in tenders
Prepare prequalification documents for tenders
Assess tenders feed-backs in order to take corrective actions to improve the process
Assist in implementation of Marketing activities such as attending exhibitions, designing and printing admin sets, catalogs, website & social media management, etc.
Studying Oil & Gas Market to better understand it and find potential opportunities/tenders
Previous Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in similar role or administrative positions
* Having experience in B2B sales & marketing is an advantage.
Fresh-graduates from top universities are also welcome to apply without any work experience.
Requirements/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/management/marketing
Fluent in English.
Good at Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good team-work
Organized personality
*Being familiar with Photoshop and AutoCAD is an advantage.
