The Content Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand and driving lead generation through compelling content. You will create and execute our content strategy with a strong emphasis on video marketing to communicate our unique value proposition to a global audience. Your work will involve producing educational and engaging content that resonates with logistics companies, covering a wide range of formats— blogs, videos, case studies, customer stories, social media posts, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Content Strategy: Create a comprehensive content calendar aligned with our marketing goals and growth strategy.
- Lead Video Content Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit videos focused on product demos, tutorials, industry trends, and customer stories.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality written and visual content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, landing pages, social media content, and email campaigns.
- SEO-Optimized Content: Work closely with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for organic search and aligned with key SEO strategies.
- Multi-Platform Distribution: Manage and distribute content across multiple channels (website, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, etc.), ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance metrics and use data to optimize future campaigns. This includes tracking video engagement, lead generation, and traffic growth.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with the product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across all touch points.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep current with the latest trends in content marketing, video production, and the courier/logistics industry to keep our SaaS at the forefront of the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on video content creation and distribution.
- Video Production Expertise: Demonstrated experience in planning, scripting, producing, and editing high-quality videos.
- Content Marketing: Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills, with experience creating a variety of content formats.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and how to apply them to content for maximum visibility.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) to measure the success of content campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong interest or background in SaaS, logistics, or delivery services is highly desirable.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams, including product, sales, and design.
