Responsibilities :

Lead a team of frontend developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improve existing ones.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement and maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
Drive the adoption of best practices in frontend development, including test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Manage project timelines, identify risks, and communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve the team's productivity and code quality.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment

Qualifications :

Strong proficiency in React and Next.js.
Experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js is a plus.
Deep understanding of PWAs and related technologies.
Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript and its application in large codebases.
Proficiency in modern frontend build tools and frameworks.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with state management libraries
Familiarity with SSR, SSG and RSC.
Experience with API integration and handling RESTful services.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to mentor and inspire team members.
Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
3+ years of experience in team leadership.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passion for learning and sharing knowledge with the team.
