Responsibilities:
Champion new initiatives using marketing automation, impacting campaign design, implementing automated journeys, engagement strategies and conversions
Planning and implementing Marketing Automation and E-CRM strategies across the organization
Develop repeatable segmentation processes – Work with audience stakeholders to identify segmentation criteria based on data triggers from the CRM, audience behavior, demographic, geographic characteristics, etc.
Determine marketing automation-related tools and capabilities – Support development and execution of marketing automation roadmap by identifying opportunities to leverage existing and new technology for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills :
Experienced in user segmentation concepts
Having knowledge of WebEngage.
Familiar with Clustering
