In this role, our Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization , and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
Analyze budgetary data and operational processes to optimize expenditure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives
Track and analyze business performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
Proven experience in business development, cost management, or related field
Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new business opportunities
Proficiency in SQL Server, query development, and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization is a plus
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively
