The Help Desk Specialist at our company is responsible for ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the organization’s hardware and network infrastructure. This role requires a technically knowledgeable individual with a problem-solving mindset, strong user interaction skills, and high attention to detail in maintenance and support processes. The primary goal of this position is to create and maintain a stable and responsive IT environment that reliably supports day-to-day team operations and the organization’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
User and Client Equipment Support:
Prompt and professional response to user requests via the ticketing system
Installation, setup, and maintenance of computer hardware and Windows operating systems
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for internal users
Network Infrastructure Management:
Basic-level troubleshooting and maintenance of internal networks (Network+ level)
Familiarity with Cisco (CCNA level) and MikroTik networking equipment
Participating in the implementation and development of network infrastructure, including structured cabling and passive components
Organizational Service Support:
Basic understanding of Microsoft services (MCSA level) and configuration tasks
Identifying and resolving VoIP-related issues and providing stable solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency with Windows OS and client hardware
Basic understanding of Microsoft systems and networking
Familiarity with MikroTik and Cisco equipment
Knowledge of VoIP basics and troubleshooting experience
Ability to perform structured cabling and passive network tasks
Work Approach and Personal Skills:
High accuracy and responsiveness under pressure
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues
Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility in follow-ups
Familiarity with ticketing systems and adherence to SLA standards
