Role Overview:
As a Product Owner & Scrum Master, you will lead the development of our digital products and ensure agile methodologies are effectively implemented. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our apps and websites meet customer needs and business objectives. A strong understanding of UI/UX principles is essential to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps.
• Prioritize features and requirements.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback.
• Lead the product development process.
• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Coach the team on agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master for digital products (apps and websites).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with product management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) preferred.
