  2. Create and execute successful methods to find suitable candidates, such as using different job websites, social media channels, and industry networks especially LinkedIn.
  3. Work closely with managers to grasp their recruitment requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  4. Carry out comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' abilities, qualifications, and compatibility with the company culture.
  5. Handle multiple job openings at once, ensuring prompt and efficient communication with candidates and managers.
  6. Actively establish and sustain a pool of qualified candidates for future recruitment needs.
