About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network and infrastructure environment while ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business-critical services and continuously improve our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable enterprise network and infrastructure solutions.
Configure, manage, and optimize network devices, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and related infrastructure services.
Administer and maintain VMware vSphere environments, virtual infrastructure, and associated VMware management platforms.
Manage enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity and data protection.
Install, configure, and support Windows Server and Linux systems across production and non-production environments.
Monitor infrastructure health, network performance, and system availability using enterprise monitoring and logging platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, network, virtualization, and security issues with minimal service disruption.
Implement security best practices, maintain infrastructure hardening standards, and participate in incident response activities.
Develop, maintain, and improve infrastructure documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.
Collaborate closely with DevOps, Product, and Support teams to deliver reliable infrastructure services.
Plan, implement, and execute infrastructure upgrades, patch management, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
Automate routine operational tasks and continuously improve infrastructure reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
Participate in on-call support and maintenance activities when required to ensure high service availability.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

+ 5 years of experience in Network Engineering or Network Administration.

Technical Skills:

Networking: Enterprise Network Design, Cisco Switching, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Monitoring & Troubleshooting , Documentation & Standards
Security: FortiGate, FortiWeb, Security Best Practices, Incident Response
Infrastructure: VMware vSphere, vRealize Operations & Network Insight, HP Servers, EMC SAN, Synology NAS, Veeam Backup & DR
Operating Systems: Linux, Windows Server
Monitoring: Zabbix, Splunk , Network Monitoring Tools
Web Services: Nginx, HAProxy, Load Balancing
Automation: Infrastructure Automation, DevOps Collaboration
