شرح موقعیت شغلی

About the Position:

This position Part-time, will be technically challenging. You will be working alongside our CTO, helping to improve existing web applications, in addition to developing new applications. The technology stack mainly consists of SQL Server, C# .NET. Once your training is completed, you will be involved in designing tech systems as well as ensuring that things are kept super-efficient and maintainable. We are a dynamic and flexible company, so no doubt there will be other bits and pieces too.

To enhance our tech-side capabilities, we are excited to expand our team with a creative and highly motivated full-stack architect and developer. We are seeking talented and innovative thinkers, who pay attention to the finer details. If this sounds like a good match, we would love to have you as part of the team


#Principal Software Engineer

-Sharp and motivated.

-Strong analytical skills.

-Good communication skills.

-Passion for productivity/efficiency in everything you do.

-Excellent organizational and leadership skills

-Proven experience with C#/.NET/ Entity Framework, exposure to .NET Core is preferable.

-Proven experience in software development methodologies and architectures.

-Proven experience in building complex web systems.

-Experience with modern build strategies, continuous integration, unit testing, test driven development, static analysis, and automated unit/integration tests

 

# Responsibilities

  • +8 years of experience working in software development.
  • Leading the development team
  • Ensure the required level of code quality
  • Review the code and collaborate on the pull requests from your team members
  •   Improving the performance of existing software.
  • Providing training to other engineers.
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing software.
  •  Recommending new technologies that can help increase productivity.
  •  Investigating software-related complaints and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal software performance  
  •  Regularly attending team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues.
