شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and talented Product Designer to join our growing team in Tehran, Iran. You will play a key role in crafting user experiences that are both beautiful and impactful, from initial concept to final launch. You’ll take a lead role on the team and drive impact by championing our customers and creating an inspirational, seamless experience that drives brand perception, conversion, and customer satisfaction.You have a perfect analytical approach toward problem-solving, considering three essential parts: Why What, and How.

Responsibilities 

  • Creates innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design challenges, including mobile, desktop, physical environments, and person-to-person interactions.
  • Delivers work that’s not only user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, but which also produces results.
  • Presents design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback.
  • Lead the design process for new features and improvements to existing products.
  • Conduct user research to identify needs and develop solutions.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user interface specifications.
  • Advocate for your designs, using data and research to support your decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers throughout the development cycle.
  • Continuously iterate and test designs to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Share your knowledge of user-centered design methodologies with the team.
Skills And Requirements 

  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Master’s in Human Factors, HCDE, or Cognitive Psychology a plus
  • 2+ years of experience as a product designer
  • A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions
  • Experience designing and shipping products for mobile and desktop
  • Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Etc.
  • Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design
  • Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for the implementation of designs
  • Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment
