شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our team. As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining System Infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Windows and Linux, and Devops concepts.

Responsibilities:

●       Designing and planning virtualization infrastructure to meet the organization's current and future needs.

●       Evaluating and recommending hardware and software solutions to support infrastructure requirements.

●       Designing and testing data backup scenarios in all levels.

●       Monitoring system-based incidents in all levels to prevent failures.

●       Troubleshooting network problems and collaborating with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.

●       Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.

●       Developing and testing data disaster recovery plans.

Requirements:

●       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

●       Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in system administration.

●       Proficient in working with Linux, Windows Server, and HP servers.

●       Experience with storage systems, including EMC SAN storage and Synology NAS storage.

●       Managing network virtualization using VMware vSphere and ensuring high availability and performance.

●       Proficient in working with Veeam Backup.

●       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

●       Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

●       Willingness to work in flexible hours and handle pressure during critical network incidents or project deadlines.

●       Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and nginx is a plus.
