We are an innovative and rapidly growing international-class startup seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our B2B market, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance the user experience of our platform. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PM and engineers to research and define the product direction and strategy.
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop prototypes, wireframes, and interface mock-ups to communicate and refine product design concepts.
- Identify new product improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize customer data into meaningful insights.
- Maintain design consistency across different stages of the product life cycle.
- Incorporate user feedback into layout and UX adjustments to optimize user experience.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in product design.
- Familiarity with design systems or UI frameworks such as Material UI.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma or Adobe XD).
- Proficiency in low-fi and high-fi prototyping for testing and presentation purposes.
- Experience leading projects and process spanning insights, ideation and validation through to design implementation.
- Strong skills in user research, user behavior analysis, and usability testing.
- Utilizing a design thinking approach and fostering an empathetic mindset are crucial for enhancing user experience.
- It is essential to have a distinct comprehension of the limitations and possibilities within the front-end domain.
- Ability to defend your work, but also take creative feedback and execute updates in a professional manner.
- Full-time and onsite position.
Bonus Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Technology, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.
- Familiar with analytics dashboards (e.g., Clarity, Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- B2B product design experience.
