Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing company in the export industry, specializing in Oil & Gas Industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Export Marketing Executive who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our team.
Responsibilities:
v Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and emerging trends.
o Analyze market data, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to develop effective marketing strategies.
v Business Development:
o Identify and explore new business opportunities in Arabian regions, especially Syria.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
o Develop a network of potential customers and partners.
v Export Sales and Promotion:
o Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products/services in Arabian markets.
o Collaborate with the sales team to achieve export sales targets.
o Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
v Language Proficiency:
o Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
o Able to communicate effectively with Arabian region clients, negotiate deals, and handle inquiries.
v Documentation and Compliance:
o Prepare export-related documents, including invoices, shipping instructions, and customs declarations.
o Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
v Reporting and Analysis:
o Monitor export performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
v Identify the root cause of any operational and process problems and devise appropriate resolutions.
v Cooperation with Financial team for keeping records updated
v Support the team by gathering, coordination, preparation, and delivery of information and ad-hoc reports.
v Contributes to the team effort by achieving related results when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export marketing, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Strong understanding of African business culture and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Good knowledge of INCOTERMS.
- Availability on weekends for foreign correspondences.
- Team Player, Self-motivated, High discipline - Negotiation and effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
