A management accounting department is one of the company’s essential.
Management accountants duties include recording and crunching numbers, helping to choose and manage company investments, risk management, budgeting, planning, strategizing, and decision making.
Management accountants are insiders who create internal analyses to guide the overall business strategy.
By definition, their job is to prepare internal financial reports, records, and accounts to aid managers’ decision-making process in achieving short and long-term business goals. In other words, their job is to simplify complex financial data and turn them into actionable insights.
Some responsibilities of this position are:

Some responsibilities of this position are:
- Assisting in gathering data from all teams
- Creating and fulfilling databases based on the gathered data.
- Designing and presenting charts and reports based on the databases
- Designing and administering the management dashboards
- Assisting in creating and presenting the monthly and ad hoc reports and the company budget
- Assisting in financial analysis projects, like valuation and financial projection
Requirements:
- At least bachelor degree in industrial engineering, financial engineering, system management, statistics, accounting or other related fields
- Interested in numbers, math, business, and processes
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Any knowledge of Power BI, Power Query or other data analysis and visualization tools is a great advantage
- High teamwork skills
- Negotiating skills and ability to develop strong cross-team relationships
- Problem solving skills
- A keen eye for details
