We are looking for two Junior UI/UX Designers to join our team at Jobinja. As we prepare to launch the new version of our platform, this is an exciting opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the next generation of Jobinja for job seekers and employers alike.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of Jobinja’s platforms for job seekers and employers, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
- Focus on UI/visual design, with the understanding that achieving perfection may require multiple iterations before arriving at the final design.
- Be prepared to iterate on your work as many times as necessary, staying in peace with the process while striving for exceptional quality.
- Deliver designs that align with product goals and respect decisions made at higher levels.
- Understand requirements and transform them into visually appealing and functional designs.

We are seeking passionate and talented individuals with strong UI and visual design skills, who can showcase their potential through their work experience—even if they are new to the industry. A Portfolio That Speaks for Itself
Even if you have limited professional experience, you should have at least one strong, defensible project in your portfolio. This project should clearly demonstrate:

You should have experience with Figma and familiarity with UI/UX standards for web and mobile platforms.
Education and Study
You may or may not have formal academic education related to design. In either case, deep, independent study in the field of design is considered a strong advantage. Additionally, whether you are currently a student or not, managing your time effectively is your responsibility. If you are a student, this will not limit your collaboration with us.

Interview Process:
The interview process is designed to evaluate both your technical skills and your fit with the team. Depending on the context and requirements, it may include:
- A technical session where you might explain your previous designs or problem-solving approach.

- A small design project to assess your practical skills.
We only review resumes that follow a standard format. All references and links to your portfolio or relevant projects provided within your resume will be reviewed.

- Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Location: Marzdaran Blvd, Tehran. The position requires full-time, on-site presence.
- Conflict of Interest: Parallel work such as part-time jobs or freelance projects is considered a red flag for us. This role as a Junior UI/UX Designer is an investment for Jobinja, and we cannot compromise on your full focus and commitment to this position.
