We are looking to hire a Cybersecurity Engineer with strong foundational knowledge in information security. Hands-on experience is valuable, but a solid understanding of core concepts and the right security mindset are more important to us than familiarity with specific tools or vendors.
Key Requirements:

- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS)
- Solid knowledge of operating systems, including their internal structure and security concepts
- Practical experience working with Linux at the system and security level
- Understanding of information security principles and a strong security-oriented mindset
- Experience or conceptual knowledge of designing and implementing secure infrastructures
- Familiarity with security policies, system hardening, and security best practices
- Ability to identify security risks, analyze threats, and think defensively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with monitoring, logging, or SIEM tools
- Exposure to cloud or on-prem security architectures
- Basic scripting or automation skills
We value deep understanding and fundamentals over tool-specific experience. Candidates with strong core knowledge and the ability to learn quickly are highly encouraged to apply.
