شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own product experiences from problem discovery to solution delivery. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data teams to design experiences that simplify complex financial processes.

This role requires strong product thinking, systems thinking, and a data‑driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Design end‑to‑end product experiences from discovery to delivery
  • Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive user experiences
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to define product problems and priorities
  • Collaborate with Engineers to ensure high‑quality implementation
  • Use product data and user insights to improve experience
  • Conduct or support user research and usability testing
  • Contribute to the evolution of Jibit’s design system
  • Help raise the overall design quality across the product team
Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design
  • Experience designing complex products (Fintech, SaaS, Platforms, Marketplaces)
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
  • Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Ability to simplify complex multi‑step workflows
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Strong communication and design presentation skills
  • Product‑thinking and data‑driven mindset
  • Experience in Fintech or payment products
  • Experience designing data‑heavy dashboards
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems
