شرح موقعیت شغلی

1. Helping the product owner and development team using Agile methodology and scrum practices
2. Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
3. Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
4. Support the product owner and provide training where needed
5. Manage each project’s scope and timeline
6. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
7. Coach team members in Agile frameworks
8. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
9. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
10. Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
11. Help teams implement changes effectively
12. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
13. Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
14. Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

1. Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
2. Familiarity with software development
3. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
4. Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
5. Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
6. Scrum master certification is a plus
