شرح موقعیت شغلی

Summary: 
As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex systems and networks to ensure their optimal performance and security. You will work closely with the IT team and other stakeholders to implement and support various IT systems, including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and security infrastructure. You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and actively contribute to the overall IT strategy and architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain system infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and security solutions
  • Monitor and manage systems and networks to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to systems, networks, and applications
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to design and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and capacity, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and standards
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for their adoption
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on complex systems and networks
  • Strong knowledge of server operating systems (such as Windows Server, Linux/UNIX) and virtualization technologies (such as VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching
  • Knowledge of storage technologies, such as SAN, NAS, and RAID
  • Strong understanding of security concepts and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, encryption, and authentication
  • Experience with containerization (such as Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications (such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, VCP) are a plus
