The Associate Product Manager is responsible for supporting the product management team in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and help bring new products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Analyze product performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in developing and executing product strategies that align with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure products meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget
- Support the product management team in creating product roadmaps and feature prioritization
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product strategy and development
- Assist in conducting user testing and gathering feedback to inform product decisions
- Help to define and communicate product positioning and messaging to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in creating product documentation and training materials for internal teams and external customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred
- Knowledge of product management tools and software preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
