Responsibility
1. Work with the product team to take concepts from ideas, and delivering through to sketches and wireframes and high-fidelity designs and prototypes and help deliver on design requirements.
2. Work closely with other teammates to suggest improvements for products and processes by Identifying current and new product improvement opportunities.
3. Collaborate closely with the senior designers, product managers, and engineers to refine user stories and clarify requirements.
4. Pitch unique ideas for design projects.
5. Sometimes work on very broadly defined, loose concepts and narrowly defined clear deliverables.
6. Use the best design methods, applications, software, and techniques to work on the project.
7. Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work.
8. Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
9. Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
-A good portfolio of past design and creative projects.
-Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging.
-Good command over design techniques and visual elements.
-Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
-Experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Ability to collaborate with team members.
-Ability to collect both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
-Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.
-Provide assistance to senior product designer when needed.
