We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage and drive our digital marketing initiatives. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic team, developing digital strategies, and executing campaigns to enhance our brand visibility, engage customers, and drive acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, setting clear goals and fostering their professional development.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, etc.) to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, sales, and business development efforts.
Measure, track, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, and use insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Oversee website optimization, content strategy, and user experience enhancements to drive traffic and conversions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience 5 years in digital marketing roles, with 2 years in team leadership or management.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful digital campaigns with a focus on ROI.
Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Additional Skills and Preferences:

Experience in the fintech industry or financial services is advantageous.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory aspects related to digital marketing in the financial
