We are seeking an adaptable and skilled QA Engineer proficient in both manual and automated testing methodologies to join our team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by conducting rigorous testing throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and execute manual test cases and test plans for new and existing software features
- Design and execute automated test scripts using testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium)
- Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and report bugs, defects, and performance issues
- Analyze user stories and technical requirements to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Conduct regression testing, load testing, and performance testing as required
- Continuously improve and maintain automated test suites to ensure maximum test coverage
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and verify software issues and improvements
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks for automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
- Experience with Fintech or financial services industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
