شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and prospects through market research and networking.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Generating leads, pitching products or services, and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies and develop new offerings based on market trends.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company's products/services.
  • Forecasting sales targets and ensuring they are met by the team.
  • Reporting on business development activities and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or relevant field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and customer needs.
