Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and drive the design of our remittance platform's user experience. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and optimize the user journey. You will play a key role in shaping the overall design strategy, conducting user research, prototyping, and iterating based on user feedback to deliver exceptional user experiences.

You will play a key role in shaping the overall design strategy, conducting user research, prototyping, and iterating based on user feedback to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and UX/UI.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of design in the product development process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.
