- Legal Research:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Provide summaries and recommendations based on legal findings.
- Compliance Oversight:
- Monitor and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement compliance initiatives.
- Recordkeeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of legal matters and prepare regular reports for management.
- Assist in the preparation of legal budgets and financial reports.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, hearings, and legal proceedings.
- Legal Liaison:
- Serve as a liaison between the legal department and other departments within the organization.
- Communicate legal information to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience in legal administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in legal research and document management.
