شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Jibit . 
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and designing visual assets across various digital and print platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to create compelling visual content that communicates our brand identity and engages our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for marketing materials, including but not limited to, websites, landing pages, social media graphics, email campaigns, print collateral, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into visually appealing and cohesive designs.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  •  years of experience working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fintech or financial services organization is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is preferred but not required.
