شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are iTechNet.
As we strive to improve our technical infrastructure’s performance and security, we seek a skilled DevOps and Infrastructure Specialist who can optimize our processes and contribute to creating a stable deployment environment.


Responsibilities:


  1. Server Configuration and Management: 
    • Set up, configure, and manage servers and cloud platforms ( Aws or Azure ) for executing our applications. 
    • Monitor and auto-scale server resources based on workload demands. 
  2. Code Management and Deployment: 
    • Configure and manage CI/CD workflows for automated build and deployment of applications. 
    • Conduct automated tests and code coverage analysis to ensure quality and proper functionality. 
  3. Monitoring and Surveillance: 
    • Configure monitoring and surveillance systems to track performance, behavior, and execution of applications. 
    • Identify and swiftly address issues and problems to minimize negative impact on users. 
  4. Security and Protection: 
    • Implement security measures to safeguard data and systems against security threats. 
    • Regularly assess and update systems and software for security maintenance. 
  5. Collaboration and Communication: 
    • Collaborate with development, design, and management teams to ensure necessary coordination. 
    • Maintain effective communication with other technical and business teams to enhance overall performance. 


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps and infrastructure management.
  • We are currently using GitHub but tend to use Bitbucket.
  • Proficiency with deploying and configuring CI/CD tools.
  • Proficiency in tools and techniques for infrastructure management such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Familiarity with security principles and security measures in development and production environments.
  • Experience with log management (Itʼs a plus if you have experience with ELK or Zabbix)  
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and server administration.
  • Deep knowledge of Linux system management.
  • Experience with Load Balancing.
  • Excellent scripting and automation skills using tools like Shell Scripting or Ansible.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Certifications in relevant DevOps or cloud technologies are a plus.
