We are developing a highly responsive and modern looking user interface for a distributed video application. To achieve the quality required to compete in international markets we need talented coworkers who are passionate and willing to take the time and effort to write reusable code.
The abilities we require are as follows:
- Experienced in WPF design and visual tree analysis and optimization
- Ability to design and implement visually compelling user interfaces using XAML. This includes custom control templates, dynamic resources for theming and etc.
- Fundamental knowledge about RPC frameworks
- Experience with the asynchronous programming models
- Knowledge about Multi Dispatched user interfaces in WPF is a plus.
- Familiar with MVVM programming.
- Solid understanding of OO design and use of design patterns.
- Self-Driven; desire to learn both personally and professionally
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
- Experience with Git
- Ability to read technical documents thoroughly and implement industry standards

If you don’t have the above mentioned abilities don’t worry. If you think you are creative, ready for tackling hard problems and interested in learning WPF send us your resume. You can have the opportunity to learn how to develop responsive user interface for desktop apps.
Hiring process requires you to answer some programming questions and doing a small project. So if you send your resume be prepared to do some work for completing your evaluation. The tests and projects shall not take more than 10 hours of your time.
After that if you get accepted for apprenticeship you will have 3 months to achieve the minimum skill set to work as a full-time member of our team. It is possible to finish the tasks in less time and it will solely depend on the time and effort that you put in to learn the skills required.
