Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Control (QC) Specialist Tier 1 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QC automation tests, particularly with Selenium, and will contribute to ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. Familiarity with DevOps and monitoring tools, as well as knowledge of Node.js and .NET Core, is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, Puppeteer, Puppeteer and other QC automation tools.
- Utilizing sentry to Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Perform load and stress testing to ensure the robustness and scalability of our software.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test plans and test cases.
- Utilize DevOps and monitoring tools to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Specialist or similar role in QC automation.
- Expertise in Selenium and other QC automation tools.
- Experience with load and stress testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
- Knowledge of Node.js and .NET Core is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in QC automation or a related role.
