شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Security Engineer who can support us through a phased approach toward strengthening our security posture and maturing our internal practices.

Role Overview

In this role, you will work closely with all engineering leads and play a key part in evaluating, improving, and operationalizing core security controls across our platform and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1–2 (Contractor):

• Perform comprehensive RBAC audits across our systems and environments

• Improve and operationalize secrets management practices

• Contribute to Kubernetes hardening efforts and guide the adoption of best‑practice configurations

• Lead a pilot program for evaluating and responding to security questionnaires

Phase 3 (Full‑Time DevSecOps):

• Design, refine, and enforce network policies across services and clusters

• Implement and manage continuous CVE scanning and remediation workflows

• Support preparation for SOC 2 by identifying and closing key security gaps

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in security engineering, cloud security, or DevSecOps

• Hands‑on experience with RBAC, secrets management, Kubernetes security, and vulnerability management

• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering teams and drive security initiatives from design to implementation

• Comfortable operating in both advisory (contract) and deep technical (DevSecOps) capacities
