About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to focus on the development and deployment of AI models.

You will be responsible for building the infrastructure required to run optimized Generic AI models in production environments, acting as a bridge between academic research and production-ready systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines, from training to deployment.

• Manage the model life-cycle and monitor performance in production environments.

• Collaborate with the research team to translate theoretical architectures into optimized, scalable code.

• Provide technical leadership to the development team and guide software development processes.

Technical Skills:

• Fluent in OO programming paradigm and design (with a focus on python), version control systems (codebase, data, and model), and experiment tracking.

• Hands-on experience with model development frameworks and framework specific optimization tips.

• Strong skills in packaging ML models for reproducing workflow.

• Familiar with software engineering best practice, includes dealing with config files, port binding, concurrency, and observability.

• Experience with monitoring and performance tracking tools for AI systems.

• Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience.

You will be a strong candidate if:

• You have experience in system design.

• You are familiar with Data Engineering requirements, include job queues, message queues, storage, and lakeFS.
