Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments. Many PAs control access to the manager/executive.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Organizing events and conferences.
Remind the manager of important tasks, deadlines and events both at work and at home.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Implementing and maintaining procedures.
Liaising with staff and clients as well as family members.
Collating and filing expenses.
Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
Organizing the manager’s personal commitments including travel or childcare.
Accompanying the manager on work and family trips (where necessary).
Personal shopping on behalf of the manager.
Job Qualification:
Proven experience working as a personal assistant required
Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and social skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
Fluent in English
Turkish Language skill is a plus.
