• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance SEO performance and decision-making processes.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research and analysis to guide content teams.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
• Direct off-page SEO projects (e.g., link-building).
• Lead the strategy and execution of social media SEM campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with social media, content, and web development teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure that SEO strategies are integrated effectively with overall marketing goals.
• Analyze and report on the performance of SEO initiatives with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with SEO, search engine, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
• Lead and expand our SEO team, providing training and guidance to ensure top performance and development.
• Implement and manage SEO projects using Scrum Master project management methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

• At least 10 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy and execution.
• Extensive experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Advanced skills in performance metrics and reporting on key SEO and ROI metrics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of management.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire an SEO team.
• Familiarity with Scrum Master project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred.
