We are seeking a motivated professional to support the stability and performance of our services and network infrastructure. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, technically curious, and committed to maintaining continuous service quality. Job Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain services and network infrastructure.
Continuously track system performance and service availability.
Analyze service logs and database records.
Identify and diagnose system errors.
Identify and diagnose network issues and disruptions.
Prepare regular reports on service status and transaction performance.

Required Skills

Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Kibana.
Strong familiarity with network and service operations.
Basic knowledge of Linux (LPIC-1 level).
Introduction to Elasticsearch.
Familiarity with database concepts.
Familiarity with log analysis methods.
Understanding of ITIL standards.
Knowledge of web service performance fundamentals, standards, and architectures.
Familiarity with API Gateway concepts.
Understanding of API types and structures.
Familiarity with the Incident Management process.
Familiarity with the Change Management process.
Experience using ticketing systems.

Job Requirements

Ability to work in shifts.
Strong teamwork abilities.
Effective problem-solving skills.
