Job Description: Client Service Manager 


Client services represent the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with businesses' products and services. They manage client inquiries by phone, email, online, or in person, maintain client records, and address client complaints.


You are expected to handle and resolve client queries, assist in developing strategies for improving customer services, maintaining business relationships with existing clients, and bringing new clients on board.


The client services expert will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with management, updating client details, developing customer service policies, convey client’s requests to the stakeholders, and recommending different product options to clients. 


Your dedication to the needs of our clients will encourage client loyalty and enhance our organization’s growth through positive client-to-business engagement. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness, and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment. The noteworthy client services manager should provide timely solutions to clients’ problems, build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients, show initiative and drive when dealing with client requests, and assist in developing marketing material and sales strategies.


Responsibilities:


·       Applying project management skills to ensure that the work is delivered to the clients as per the contracts and fulfilling the submitted briefs.


·       Inspiring repeat business from clients.


·       Presentations preparation and delivery


·       Ensuring high client satisfaction level through continuous formal and informal evaluation and also from immediate ad hoc feedback


·       Ensure that detailed records of meeting and presentations are maintained for every client session.


·       Offering advice to clients on services and products.


·       Developing surveys and capturing client information.


·       Participating in marketing campaigns.


·       Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems.


·       Active communication with clients through social media informing about the latest news, products and activities of the company.


Job requirements:


·       Business degree or related qualification.


·       Strong communication skills.

·       Computer literacy.


·       Calm, polite, and professional behavior.


·       Reliable and self-motivated.


·       General business knowledge.

·       Be a great multitasker


·       +3 years relevant experience
