We are looking for individuals passionate about game development and Unreal Engine to join our team through a free internship. This opportunity allows you to improve your skills and grow alongside our team.
About the Position
This position is ideal for individuals interested in Unreal Engine 5, focusing on 3D modeling, level design, and world-building.
What You Need to Have:
- Passion for game development and being a gamer
- Familiarity with 3D environments, modeling, and level design
- Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 or a strong willingness to learn
- High-speed internet connection
- A good laptop or desktop PC capable of running Unreal Engine 5 smoothly
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
What You Will Learn:
- Advanced level design techniques in Unreal Engine 5
- World-building practices for creating immersive 3D environments
- Real-time rendering and optimization tools in Unreal Engine
- How to work within a collaborative, remote game development environment
What You Will Do:
- Assist in creating and designing 3D levels and worlds for our upcoming game
- Implement and refine gameplay mechanics through level design
- Collaborate with artists and developers to bring the game’s vision to life
- Iterate on feedback to ensure levels meet both gameplay and visual quality standards
What’s Good to Have:
- Experience with 3D software like Blender or Maya
- Prior experience with Unreal Engine 5
- Knowledge of real-time rendering, lighting, and optimization
- Previous work on game design or level design projects
Work Conditions:
- 100% remote position, no in-person work required
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 6 PM (Dubai time)
- Age: 15 to 30
- Option for migration sponsorship to Dubai after one year of remote work with satisfactory performance
Important Note:
If you are not interested in 3D environments and content creation, do not have a powerful laptop or computer suitable for this work, or are not proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking), please do not apply.
Internship Details:
The internship will last between 1 to 3 months and is completely unpaid. During this time, no payments will be made, and there is no guarantee of employment after the internship. The decision to offer a job depends entirely on your performance throughout the internship.
If your performance meets our expectations, you will be offered a 3-month contract with a salary ranging between $500 and $900 per month. After this contract period, your performance will be re-evaluated, and if significant progress has been made, your salary may increase up to $1,900. However, this salary increase is not guaranteed and will solely depend on your performance.
About the Project:
The final goal of this internship is to become part of the design team for our game, InoLab Trials, an online co-op action-adventure game available on Steam. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the game's level design, world-building, and more as it evolves. You can check out InoLab Trials game on Steam.
Interview Phases:
If your application is selected, the process will consist of two rounds of interviews:
- First Interview: An introductory interview to get to know you and double-check all details.
- Second Interview: A technical and final round to align with the company, project, and position specifics.
Both interviews will require a camera and voice. After completing the first round with all selected candidates, we will filter the results and proceed to the second, final interview.
