شرح موقعیت شغلی

Quality Testing: Perform rigorous testing on products or services to identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from established quality standards.
Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing strategies based on project requirements and specifications.
Test Execution: Execute various types of tests, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, to validate the functionality and reliability of products or services.
Defect Reporting: Document and track defects, issues, and discrepancies, providing clear and detailed information to the development team for resolution.
Test Automation: Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage of testing efforts.
Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with industry-specific quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.) as applicable.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.
Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test data, and test reports.
Release Support: Assist in the release management process by validating that products meet quality criteria before release to customers or production environments.
Training: Provide training and guidance to team members on QA best practices, test methodologies, and tools.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality assurance and testing.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in quality assurance and testing, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in test management and automation tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.

Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) may be preferred.
