We are looking for a marketing & operations assistant for a tech startup. This job will be mainly in English, and the candidate is expected to be fluent in spoken and written English. No prior experience is mandatory when it comes to the roles and responsibilities mentioned below, however it will be a great plus if you already have some of that experience.

This is the best opportunity for someone who wants to learn world-class marketing and operations skills and be able to work up to becoming an executive-level manager at a fast growing international tech company.

Requirements

EXCELLENT attention to detail
Fast learner & eager to learn to new skills
Enjoys solving challenging problems
Understands and cares about mental health & wellness
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proactive communication and excellent team player
3-5 years of full-time work experience in an online or computer-based business
Bonus

3. Familiarity with social media marketing

Roles & Responsibilities

This is what you will be doing on a day to day basis. No previous experience is necessary in any of these fields. You will learn all of the right skills on the job when necessary.

Learning thoroughly about different mental health models
Marketing & Operations
1. Creating related content using online tools
2. Managing editorial calendar
3. Managing social media accounts
4. Commenting and messaging with top influencers and target audience
5. Navigating social media platforms for increasing brand visibility
Podcast
1. Creating and editing content for a podcast
Advertising
1. Creating and managing Social Media ads e.g. Facebook, Instagram, ...
2. Contacting top influencers for sponsored ads and collaborations
Customer Support
1. Creating and managing customer support channels
Helping with internal recruitment process & HR
